HeirBridge LLC provides support services during the probate and estate transition process, including:

We do not provide legal or financial advice. Legal matters are referred to licensed attorneys, and any information shared is for educational and coordination purposes only.
2. Client Responsibility
As a client, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate and truthful information

Making your own legal or financial decisions based on advice from licensed professionals

Reviewing and understanding documents before signing
You are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel before entering into any binding agreements.
3. Consultations & Service Packages
Free 20-minute consultations are provided to help assess your needs. Ongoing services may be subject to fees as outlined in our package terms. Deposits are required to begin formal service engagement.
4. Limitation of Liability
HeirBridge LLC is not liable for:

Actions taken based on third-party legal or real estate guidance

Delays caused by courts, municipalities, or outside vendors

Losses due to misinformation provided by the client
We work diligently, but outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on individual circumstances.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled service or consultation to receive a full refund (if applicable). Refund policies may vary based on the specific service package selected.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, guides, and resources provided by HeirBridge LLC are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction within Kings County.
