HeirBridge is a concierge estate service that helps families manage inherited property—whether you're handling probate, preparing a home for sale, or maintaining a loved one’s home from out of state.
Do I need to be in New York to use your services?
Not at all. Many of our clients live outside of NYC or out of state entirely. We specialize in managing estates remotely, with clear updates and local vendor coordination.
What does the $5,500 Full Estate Concierge plan include?
It covers property management, coordination with estate attorneys, estate sale preparation, and ongoing support. Legal fees and the 5% real estate sale commission are billed separately.
What if the home isn’t ready to sell yet?
No problem. We offer monthly Estate Management plans starting at $750/month to help maintain and monitor the property until you're ready.
Can you help with court paperwork or probate filing?
We work closely with trusted estate attorneys and can coordinate those services for you. We’re not a law firm, but we make sure you’re not left to navigate the process alone.
How do I know which package is right for my family?

Are services refundable?
ome packages require a non-refundable minimum commitment (such as the 3-month Estate Management plan). We'll walk you through all terms clearly before you sign.
What happens when the estate is fully settled or sold?
Once the estate is settled or the home is sold, we help ensure a smooth handoff—whether that’s finalizing utility transfers, handing over keys, or closing out accounts. You’ll receive a full summary report for your records.
Who will have access to the property during your service period?
Only vetted vendors and team members working under HeirBridge supervision will access the property. We provide scheduled updates and always notify you before any visits. Your family’s trust and the property's security are our top priorities.
